Disable Javascript Features in Structure Tools

Hi

I am creating a UI using smartclient an ajax framework with cool features.

Do you know how to switch off all Javascript features in the structure tool. ( right click menu, inline editing, etc ...)

We can access the tree structure through "Simple Page Components" it should be sufficient for me.

There is a "activate edit on site" feature (yes/no/inherit) on site node cover if i remember well.
It should do the trick.
