Is scheduled publishing possible?

Hello,

In the "Structure Tool" on every "Site Node Cover" there are "Publish" and "Expire" dates specified.
I thought that it can be used for a kind of scheduled publication, but it does not seems to be working so, does it?

How can I implement a page to be published/unpublished automatically at a cretain date/time? How does it supported by IG?

We(Uppsala university) are having the same difficulties right now actually. After a while of tracing i noticed that a error in the file structure caused the entire interceptionpoint to stop working.

Ill come back to you when our server maintenance unit is done with the fix for this file issue.

Wow, havent tried this for a very long time, ought to test it.

Our fix did only partially solve the problem, it did indeed fix our expiration problem but it also throws error in the logs everytime its triggered. I can only imagine that this have led to other problems in other parts of the system.
Since me as a developer dont see the installation, apache logs etc, our solutions are more wild stabs in the dark in cases like these than it would be if we had , for example a mirror installation on localhost.

In general, we have found that the interceptionpoints are abit of wild cards and risky to alter with.
